This company is beyond fraudulent. The owners have been through 3 names in the past 6 years. They can't even use their personal names on the current company they go by. La Alarms. Formerly US Alarms, formerly Alliance Security has defrauded over 6,000 customers in the State of Louisiana. Once Alliance Security 1st a Brinks Home Security Dealer then switched to an ADT dealer. After 3yrs Thomas Miglicco (one of the owners) opened another company USAlarms under his wife's name (Mim) as a Guardian Protection Service dealer. They employed shady telemarketers to solicit their past 3yrs of Contracts with ADT. Which is a direct violation of a non solicitation agreement they signed with ADT. But because USalarms was under the wife's name they got away with it. After a while they closed Alliance Security completely and moved USalarms into the Alliance office. They continued to defraud previous ADT customers posing as the former dealer and taking over the systems. Sometimes sticking the customer in 2 contracts. They did this for 4 yrs. Until they wrote so many fraudulent contracts it caught up with them in September of 2016 and they closed USalarms completely, almost over night and filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. Thousands of customers left without service, and with the flood in August many customers were without a working system and no one to fix it. Little did they know, that Thomas Miglicco and Gary Hand (the other original owner) played another card, and opened another company, La Alarms under Gary's sons name Logan Hand. They continued their cycle of defrauding the great people of Louisiana by posing as a company that bought out USalarms and directly violated there noncompete agreement with Guardian Protection Services by targeting these customers. Again they were able to do so because they had thousands of confidential files and targeted these customers claiming Guardian Protection was the bad company and they were there to help. Guardian Protection is currently building a massive lawsuit against Thomas Migglicco and Gary Hand. Buyer beware! Do not do business with La Alarms in Baton Rouge Louisiana! They will lie cheat and steal to get your business and you will get stuck holding the bag. If you are looking for work, do not go to work for these crooks! They will treat you like garbage and take your hard earned money leaving you to hold the bag. I have many references to back these facts. It's only a matter of time before these crooks are behind bars in a federal penitentiary for corporate espionage.
