Lee Behzadi (L33design.com) is a greedy, ruthless con artist, all talk with no follow through. He is quick-witted, has an endless amount of clever one-liners and is great at getting you to make a deal with him. He seems reliable and honest with a great sense of humor, but he is not who he appears to be. He constantly tells you that he is looking out for your best interest but he is after your money and once you pay him out, you will not hear from him again. About halfway into our house project, he told my wife and I that there were many unforeseen issues and the project cost was going up significantly. So he asked for his original bid to be paid out to him and we would pay him the rest at the end. I admit, we made a big mistake here in believing him. After paying him, he stopped answering my calls and I finally was able to get a hold of him after calling from a private number. He told me that his hands were tied in another job, made several angry excuses blaming me for being the problem, hung up and stopped answering my calls. I ended up being forced to hire a new contractor (one that was actually licensed this time), to help get me out of the mess that he got me into. On top of that, either he or his workers went through our personal belongings and stole several valuables from our house, which we were unable to get back. Lee is a smooth talking, charming, backstabbing liar, and he stole a lot more from my family than just our money and possessions- he took away our ability to trust others. If you meet him and he is pushing you to become your "project manager," consider yourself forewarned. Do not be another one of his victims.
