I received a random email saying a charge for order #such and such was declined by my credit card (thankfully I change the number often). They claimed my autoship was still active. However I had been in Colorado for since late 2015 with none of their products. I moved to another state in 2018. I have had no shipments for over three years. No emails. No communication whatsoever from the company - until they maliciously (and I believe fraudulently) tried to charge my card randomly.
Not a surprise to see that was the other report on here, so obviously there is a pattern with this company. We won't go into the fact that the products did nothing along the lines of their claims - at least for me. That's another topic.
Bottom line - if you choose to do business with this company, watch them very carefully...and change your credit card frequently!
I requested that all my information be deleted from their system, and I have in writing that they agreed to do so. We'll see if I get another random email inviting me to re-enroll in their autoship scam 3-plus years down the road. Kyani, I'll be watching....
Kyani is not honoring their own terms and considition. After cancelling the distributor contract within 3 days (as stated within their terms) they should be providing a 100% refund on the distributor starters package that I ordered (worth $664.00). So far they have only processed a 90% refund and keep referring back to their own terms which clearly state that they should refund the full 100%.
The contract cancellation letter was returned on May 26th. This should also have stopped the next automated monthly shipment. My credit card has been charged with the next payment ($158.00) however I have not received an explanation from Kyani why they have not cancelled my account as instructed via email. I have also not heard from them why they have continued to ship and why they are not refunding the full 100% as stated in their terms and considtions. The letter sent from my attorney has been ignored completely by the compliance department.
