In january 2018 I lost my house while she was working on my loan modification. She is very unprofessional and does not care about your situation. Prior to losing my house I mailed her documents for her to approve before sending to keep your home california(she doesnt have working desktop or fax machine). I paid her $500 upfront costs and paid fedex fees of $35 to overnight it. My house was under foreclosure, so time wasnt on my side. Once she received the docs she advised to sign and send. She didnt even need the docs in person. All she needed to do was look over he arttachment and read throughly to approve. A wwek before my auction date for my property I reminded her of the date for sale. She asked what amount was owed to the bank. I said over 330k, she chuckled and assured me my house would not sale for that price. I asked her for her professional opinion again as I could had prvented the foreclosure in many different ways. She said 100% it wont sale. Come Jan 8th, 2018 I lost my house with more than 300K equity in it. Do not hire her for any services is my advisement as I am dealing with evictions because of her advise. Dont trust her as she works from home without any licenses as a side job. She wont take your situation seriously and she will be more than negligent as she was with my case. I do plan on sueing her once I know the amounts of damages.
