I took my car to Kristal Auto for an engine tune-up. I received a call from a service worker, david, who implied that a diagnostic could not be performed because my battery had died and that I needed to replace it at a cost of $180.00. I had no previous problems with my battery and questioned the validity of the claim. In the same conversation I was told that I needed to replace a defective solenoid and that my left engine mount was broken. Mind you, no test had been done due to the alleged dead battery. The worker, David ramoutar, told me that my old battery was removed from the car and that a full load charge was administered for over an hour. He reported that the battery died again as soon as it was placed back into my car. I authorized the replacement but informed him I wanted my old battery back to have it trested myself. He assured me I would receive the alleged dead battery. When I went to retrieve my car 2 days later I was told the battery had been placed in my trunk. I opened the trunk in the repair shop and observed immediately that it was not my battery. The worker david declared that it was and actually had the gall to say, "We were wondering why you had a Nissan battery in your car." My car is a 2008 Cadillac CTS.

The mechanic was summoned and he sheepishly grinned and said that it was the battery he had removed from my car. In exasperation I paid my bill which totalled more than $1100.00 (tune-up quote was $565.00). When I arrived home I noticed the time on my clock to have a 15 minute gap from the correct time. It was actually 5:30 pm, however; my clock indicated it was 5:15 pm. I surmise that the 15 minutes is the time it took to remove my perfectly good battery and replace it with the new battery I did not need. The following day I engaged the worker, David Ramoutar, in a phone conversation where he again implied that my old battery was removed from the car and given a full load charge and that the charge was unsuccessful. I then confronted him with the 15 minute time gap and asked him to explain why the clock indicates my car was without power for only 15 minutes and he reported to me that the battery was removed for over an hour. David Ramoutar went mute. I asked the name of the service department manager and the name of the manager of Kristal Auto Mall. I was given the names of Anthony and Robert. He did not seem to know their last names. He told me he could be of no more service and hung up. I called back and another female worker questioned why I wanted the names of the managers. She also did not reply to my request. I would like to add that photos were taken of the battery that had been placed in my trunk inside the repair shop, and the phone conversation I made with David was recorded. I was clearly RIPPED OFF.

KRISTAL GMC /KRISTAL AUTOMALL EVER SINCE MY START DATE APRIL 2015 HAS NEVER PAID ME MY OVERTIME OR TIME OWED TOO ME... KRISTALS POLICIES ON PAYING OVERTIME IS TO HAVE A MANAGER SIGN YOU OUT AT THE TIME YOUR ARE LEAVING DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEYRE 1970S TIME MACHINE IS UNABLE TO ACCOUNT FOR OVER TIME.. TIME AFTER TIME OF BEING SIGNED OUT BY THESE SO CALLED MANAGERS THEY REFUSE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL TIME WORKED FOR. THEY ALSO DO NOT PAY YOU IN HOUR INCRIMENTS MEANING IF YOU WORKED 9.50 HRS YOU WILL ONLY RECIEVE 9 HRS. THIS IS A CONSTANT TREND WITH KRISTAL AUTOMALL. MANY OTHER EMPLOYEES INCLUDING HARD WORKING SALES PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT IN THESE REGARDS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID.

IN MY CASE TODAY NOV,13 2015 @ APPROX 12PM (LUNCHTIME) SUPERVISOR ANTHONY SQUEO WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ERROR ON PAYROLL IN WHICH MR.SQUEO IS IN CHARGE OF , AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO ADDRESS THIS MATTER TO ANY OF THW OFFICE PERSONNEL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ERROR. I HAD ALSO BROUGHT MY ISSUE TO THE ATTENTION OF ROBERT GANZER IN WHICH I BELIEVE IS PROBABLY THE ONLY TRUE MANAGER WITH BUSINESS SENSE THERE AT KRISTAL, MR.GANZER ALSO BROUGHT THIS TOO ANTHONY SQUEOS ATTENTION AND STILL THERE WAS NO CHANGES MADE.. I DO NOT AT ALL HOLD MR.GANZER RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. HE IS THE ONLY MANAGER THAT HAS EVER CARED ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES. SAMMY BICAL THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP WAS ADDRESS IN HIS VERY OWN CADDILAC SHOWROOM ON TH MATTER , THIS MAN DID NOT EVEN LOOK ME IN MY FACE, HE.MUMBLED UNDER HIS BREATH " I DO NOT CARE IF THIS MATTER IS IMPORTANT I AM BUSY RIGHT NOW" AS HE WALKED AWAY.

AT THIS POINT I WAS SO FRUSTRATED AND DID NOT WANT TO SEE THE FACES OF THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE AND PROCEED FINSH MY WORK SHIFT. JUST TO TOUCH ON HOW DISGUSTING THIS MAN SAMMY BICAL IS , HE HAS MADE IT CLEAR TO ALL OF HIS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE OF AFRICAN AMERICAN DESCENT THAT HE DOES NOT TRUST US AND HE HAS ALSO SAID IN MANY OTHER INSTANTCES THAT " I DONT KNOW WHY MY MANAGERS HIRE THESE RACES OF PEOPLE TO WORK FOR MY DEALER THEY ARE ALL THIEVES". NOT TO MENTION THIS IS THE SAME MAN THAT LENDS ALL MANAGER PERSONNEL "OFF LEASE VEHICLES" TO DRIVE DURING THE TIME AND PROCESS OF A BANK BEING NOTIFIED THAT THEY VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED BY THE RESPECTIVE CUSTOMER. I HAVE ALSO BEEN SENT TO MR.BICALS INVENTORY YARD TO RETRIEVE VEHICLES IN OFF LEASE STATUS TO REMOVE PARTS FROM THEM ILLEGALLY TO BE PLACED ON TO SERVICE CARS THAT CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING FOR. THIS MAN KNOWS ALL THE TRICKS OF THE TRADE AND HE LETS THIS BE KNOWN INVOICE AND ACTION.

I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS MAN BUT IM SORRY THAT I CANNOT WASTE ANY FURTHER ON MY TIME TYPING ABOUT THIS CROOK. HE NEEDS TO BE THROWN IN JAIL ASAP. NOT TOO MENTION.. IN THE 60S/70S MR.BICAL SPECIFICALLY PAID AND CONTRACTOR TO PERSONALLY DIG THE EARTHS NATURAL WATER SUPPLY TO USE FOR HIS DEALERSHIP TO EVADE PAYING WATER TAXES/BILLS. THE WATER THAT IS USED TO CLEAN HIS VEHICLES IS UNFILTERED UNSAFE WATER THAT CAN CAUSE SKIN DAMAGED AND IF DRANK CAN CAUSE INTERNAL HEALTH ISSUES. HE MAKES NO CLEAR WARNING OF THIS UPON HIRING IN FACT NOBODY DOES. THIS WAS MADE KNOWN TO ME BY OTHER EMPLOYEES. AGAIN I STRESS THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE AUDITED BY THE GENERAL MOTORS CO. AND THROWN IN JAIL BY THE POLICE DEPT OF NEW YORK CITY. ALL CITY OFFICIALS AND LAWYERS THAT DO ATTEMPT TO SERVE AND PROSECUTE GET BRIBED WITH EITHER MONEY OR A NEW VEHICLE THAT HE CAN GIVE THEM IN RETURN FOR NOT TELLING ON HIM.THIS MAN IS THE WORSE,IN ADDITION THE PEOPLE HE ACTUALLY DID CATCH STEALING FROM HIM , HE USES THAT ENCOUNTER TO MAKE THE EMPLOYEE FEEL BAD ABOUT WHAT THEY DID AND THREATENEDS TO GET THEM ARRESTED OR IF NOT CONTINUE TO WORK FOR HIM AND TELL ON OTHERS WHO MAY OR MAY NOT BEEN STEALING.

BOTTOM LINE TO WHOM EVER RECIEVES THIS MESSAGE PLEASE SEND THIS TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS / BETTERBUSINESS BUREAU ,DEPT OF LABOR AND GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION. THIS MAN IS RIPPING THEM OFF ASWELL AS RIPPING OFF EVERYONE AROUND HIM IN NYC. THE PRESIDENT OF GENERAL MOTORS IS DAN ANKERSON. I AM SURE HE IS UNAWARE OF THIS MAN FRAUDULENTLY RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES AND HE HAS GIVING THE GM COMPANY A BAD NAME TO ME AND SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS AND PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES.
