I ordered a Kraftgun handheld massager in December 2020. Received unit in about 4 weeks. Unit failed within 4 weeks. I returned it under warranty and it was replaced. Second unit failed almost immediately and I returned it again (this was in February 2021). When I asked for a refund, I was told since it was the second unit I received, they could not issue a refund, only a replacement. Since then (February 2021) I have emailed them (at least) 9 times asking for status. Each reply was virtually the same, apologizing and promising to replace as soon as possible (this was 11 months ago). Ordered the massage gun on January 3, 2020, they said it would be a couple of months to deliver. After a couple of months transpired, they sent an email saying that if I could wait a few more months, they send me the "new and improved" upgraded version at no additional cost if I could wait a few more months longer.
Now, here it is Nov 12, 2020 and I can't even get their support department to respond to an email. They disappeared with my money and I think it's probably too late now to get the credit card company to dispute the transaction. So i guess I'm going to have to hit the websites and BBB to let others know about my experience so they don't get caught in this scam..
