I ordered some sample skin care products. And before I knew it I'm being charged full price for more product. I'm trying to get them to cancel any future orders now.
Karsa I ordered a face cream that I had to pay shipping only on and when I went to check out they added a serum to my order. I called them to have it removed and said I have till the 26th of July to cancel. I haven't received any email from them, but they didn't debit my account for both products. I came looking for a number to cancel and found this out that I'm not the only person they did this to.
On the site they advertise this product as having 6 ingredients. I looked around for a full ingredient list and even sent an email asking for them. I did not receive a reply or was able to locate a full ingredient list. Honestly at this point I should have walked away but I decided maybe it would only be 6 ingredients. So I sign up for the free trial. At one point it wants to add ilus anti aging serum. I didn’t see a way to not add it or to remove it from the final cart. Again should have stopped and walked away but, I didn’t. So the package arrives. I open it up and rub a little on the back of each product on the back of my hand. The products are loaded with silicone. I know instantly if I put this on my skin is going to freak out. So I immediately send an email to krasa for cancellation of the order. I’m given a number and told I have a month to send it back before being charge the full price. Fast forward a week and suddenly I have a $109 charge on my card. So I call in to find out what happened. I’m told that I only cancelled the krasa and not the ilus. That I had to send a separate email to a separate email alias for the ilus cancellation. After fighting with them for I don’t know how long they’re willing to refund 50% but no more. I’m told that even though both items were on a single invoice and both items arrived in the same box that they’re considered two separate orders and have to be cancelled separately. I’m even told to take it to a doctor and ask them about the ingredients. Wait wait you want me to spend more money on a product I don’t want to begin with? Hahahaha. Finally after a bit over half an hour I give up. I got 60% refunded which still meant I payed over $40 for an item I didn’t want and wouldn’t use that I though I had cancelled right away. I’ve never purchased anything from anywhere where you had to send multiple emails for a single order for a single company. I’m certain this is done to trick people into spending their hard earned money on utter crap. I will never again try something from a company that is not well know and established.
I was told by their website that no product would be sent because they didn't have enough information despite my filling out all their forms. That was OK with me since I had just discovered the monthly charge was $103 for Kra'sa alone (I didn't order the second serum and backtracked to the Kra'sa page where I discovered they had deleted my name/address etc.). I received a jar of Kra'sa with NO PAPERWORK (no way to contact 'them' whoever they are) and a charge for postage and handling on my credit card. I looked up Kra'sa on the internet and sent an email saying I didn't want the product; didn't hear anything from them. My credit card company's fraud section called me to ask about charges they were repeatedly trying to make and were being denied by the credit card company. I emailed a second Kra'sa sender (found via Internet) and told them I would not pay for any more product and to stop sending it; didn't hear anything from them either. I thought that between the credit card company stopping payments and my notifying the company I was OK BUT they apparently prevailed and I am now being charged $103 for a product I have not and maybe won't receive.
These people are SO bad they don't deserve any stars!.
Disaster Do Not Get Caught Up In This SCAM !!! The day I ordered the "free 14 day trial " on line as I was finalizing my order [ or so I thought ] another screen popped up asking me to try another [serum] product . No way out of the screen , by then they had my number and I closed the page immediately and called my card co. I cancelled right away within 10 minutes to put a STOP on the ' order' . Still received the "free trial " with the 'serum product' at $109.00 and $103.00 in the same pkg together along with 2 separate shipping charges ! I also called the company to ask for a return address and the reply to me was " we have no return policy or return address . Don't get SUCKED into this one !!!
COMPLETE SCAM AND I SUBMITTED A RIP OFF REPORT ONLINE
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE IS A NIGHTMARE ALONG WITH THE SCRIPTED RESPONSES THESE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE GIVEN TO SPEW AT CONSUMERS TO MAKE IT SEEM THEY ARE GETTING A DEAL AND THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN.. NOT TRUE AND I AM NOT GOING TO KEEP THE PRODUCT TODAY IS MY 14TH DAY I CALLED AN STILL WAS BILLED THATS WHY I CALLED.. I DIDNT WAIT A DAY A WEEK OR A MONTH. THE MINUTE I SAW THE CHARGE I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I WANTED TO SEND IT BACK AND WANT A REFUND TO PLEASE SEND ME TO A SUPERVISOR.. I was a victim of this scam also and want everyone to know not to deal with these crooks !!!!! If anyone fines away to get your money back let me know !!!! [email protected]
Ordered sample with only postage to pay. Instead was billed for whole amount. That was bad enough but now they sent a bottle that wasn't even ordered. Want it canceled. They don't make that easy.
Already contacted credit card co. Bet this never happens again.
I am also a victim of these guys. They are pure ripoff. I received 2 products after signing up for a free trial (just shipping and handling). I was charged the basic processing fee as advertised on 7/11. Later on 7/25 I see I was charged $103 and $109 for the creams that were shipped earlier. I spoke to their customer care while ordering and he never mentioned about additional charges and assured that the basic charge is what will be charged. When I call them now they are offering 40% refund on each product.
They charged my card ungodly prices plus international fees out the rear end. Im disputing all these charges. Im not paying over $200.00 for this "free trial".
This company is a rip off. Nowhere does it state that after your "free" samples you are automatically signed up for montly subscriptions to these products.
The sales rep tells you that you should have know that this was only a trial for 14 days and no refunds after this. Mind you there is nothing enclosed in the box nor is there anything on the sample website that states this.
There is no full refund of $212 for two product, because you can only order both on the sample website that circulates through Facebook. If you have not used the product you can return it minus $ 20 per product restocking fee.
No other ocmpany that I have dealt with has ever done this to me and I want everyone to know how fraudulent this company is.
On Facebook these products are associated and endorsed by Joanna Gaines and i am not even sure if this is true.
I order the trial sample when I went to cancel the product the phone numbers were wrong and not to their company. I found out today that they charged my credit again, and did not send another product. They also included products on my card that I didn't order.
