I am very disappointed in Kroger. I purchased this Kroger prepaid card then activated it online. I made a purchase via online then decided against it and canceled order. The next morning, the funds were available but clocked because I received a refund although the money was returned. I was then told that it coul dnot be unblocked until 24 hours and if I atempted to use the funds on the acct then the 24 hours would continue to roll over and I woul constantly have to wait. It was an awful experience and very unfair to punich a customer for receiving a refund on the card that they purchased and put their money on. Never again!!
My paycheck was supposed to go direct deposit to Kroger's prepaid debit card. On the day my funds were to be available there was nothing in my account. After calling they said they could not see any pending transactions and it would be 2 to 3 days before they could even contact the bank that handles their transactions. So my whole paycheck is in cyberspace lost and there's basically nothing they can do about it,
