I was threatened with threats of collections when my insurance company decided on payments on my account. The problem stemmed from their incorrect billing codes. After paying $2400+ personally, the insurance company paid them 100% ($12,000).
I am due refund of what I paid, but the billing department just gives me the "run around". The timeframe keeps being extended and now is 6 weeks. Perhaps I should turn them over to collections! Poor business practices......give me my money please!
