When I told him that I will file a complaint, he stated that koons have big lawyers and koons doesnt care about complaints from little customers. Consequently, I will be suing koons for specific performance in a contract, Fraud, and for having deceitful advertisement. I financed the full amount of the jeep and Koons is holding hostage the payment for my trade to deter from filing suit and complaints.
