Ray White, "President/CEO", is one of the worst bosses I've ever had. This sorry excuse for a human being has absolutely no business owning/running a company. His petulant behavior, and severe lack of leadership and accountability are what will ultimately drive this garbage of a business to the ground. The working environment is hostile. He insulted me by calling me "twedle dee" and making fun of my name. On what planet would a so-called "executive" do something like that? His breath smells so bad it literally stinks up the office. I don't think he's ever heard of a floss, toothbrush, toothpaste, or mouthwash. When White interviewed me, he neglected to mention that this business is a startup. It behooves him to provide such information. I'm personally glad I resigned from such a disgusting situation.
When I left a review of his company via Indeed(https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Kochendorfer-Group-USA-Inc/reviews), White was stupid enough to leave an entirely libelous and unprofessional statement, especially about my supposed lack of education, as a rebuttal attempt. First of all, I actually have a Master's Degree. Secondly, I'm not a clock-watcher. Third, and I never was on the toilet 20X a day. To top it off, I'm not even close to being a "complete fool", let alone a "fool". White is the complete fool and an idiot. I'm very well educated and have a lot more class than he'll ever have.
He's extremely classless especially for leaving such a repugnant response to a review, as well as being an absolute disgrace. He claims to be an "executive", but he's just a clown. If people ask him questions, he gets very irritated. It doesn't make any sense. The VP told me that the previous two employees that were with the business "fell flat on their faces". That has to be complete nonsense considering that White likely "pushed" them to the ground. Nevertheless, when I was informed about this, I knew that my days were numbered.
To those who are considering working for this horror show, please stay away. It's not worth it.
