I purchased a klipsch quintet 4 speaker system with an included subwoofer. I have a problem with one of the satellite speakers, as it makes a buzz sound at certain frequencies. I have contacted the klipsch warranty department at least 3 times, and they still have not responded or returned my calls. I followed all required guidelines for warranty requests as directed by their website. My speakers are now out of warranty and I am stuck with one defective speaker. What is the point of offering a warranty if it is not honored? It's to get people to feel good about buying. A warranty is only worth the paper it is printed on unless the company will back it up.
