I gave him my hard earned money. Kley peralta and all his companies and affiliates are criminals and should be sued for r.I.C.O act violations. To my knowledge he has never saved anybody's home from foreclosure. See my story below. Although i am embarrassed to admit that i was swindled, perhaps my story below will prevent others from a similar catastrophe.
From april, 2011 through july 2012, i entered into a verbal agreement with mr. Kley f. Peralta a new jersey realtor who was offering a foreclosure rescue program. Mr. Peralta stated that if i paid him $1,500 per month that he could negotiate with the lender a loan modification or a short sale and that he guaranteed that i would not lose my home. He also stated that he would give me a mortgage with better terms than i could get from a bank.
Mr. Peralta proceeded to tell me that i should withdraw my chapter 11 bankruptcy so that he could negotiate the modification of my loan.
After several Supposedly) non acceptable offers, mr. Peralta concocted the idea to let the property go to the foreclosure auction, where he would buy it at a better price, and also that then, he would give me a mortgage with lower payments than i originally had, however, he needed an additional $20,000 to show him that i was really serious about keeping my house, because he had too many houses already and did not want to get stuck with my property if i wasn’t serious. I gave mr. Peralta over $42,500 in total payments and he proceeded to bid on my property at a sheriff’s auction on or about 8/30/2012.
Mr. Peralta purchased the property at the auction, not for me, but for himself and his partners.
Then failed to deliver on his promise that he would give me back the property and a mortgage that i could afford.
Furthermore, he added insult to injury by trying to get me evicted from my apartment at the multifamily residential building, that he stole from me.
Peralta and his cronies proceeded to empty out and my personal belongings from my garage and basement without authorization or notice.
I incurred losses of several thousands of dollars in supplies and irreplaceable memorabilia, school records of myself and my only daughter as well as childhood toys and personal and business documents.
Even though i am suing him, i can never replace the lost, trashed and destroyed personal items. This man's lack of conscience has turned my life upside down.
His office and advertising are a trap for unsuspecting homeowners in distress.
This man is a menace to society and should have his license revoked as well as criminally prosecuted.
It is my hope that my experience will assist anyone contemplating the services of mr. Peralta to stay away from him and or confront him with all of the complaints found on this site.
I encourage anyone that has been defrauded by this individual to enter a complaint on this site as well as contacting the new jersey state attorney general's office
