I have not once written a review let alone a complaint against any company opr establishment but dealing with klein kitchen and bath i felt obligated to let the public know how unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful the workers and owner of this place is. First off, I invested over $40,000 for a kitchen remodel. the space is only 8'x5' and was told the job would be completed in 2 months. the job ended up taking well over 11 months and although my original estimate was for $31,000 i payed over $10,000 more in what they call unexpected surprises.
let me start at the top, with the owner Adam. He is absolutely clueless about what goes on and doesnt know the first thing about running a company. He constantly lied to me about things being done when they werent and any time i asked him a question he had no idea what i was talking about. he looked like a deer caught in headlights. i wonder where he got his business degree from? maybe a gum ball machine?
and then there is his assitant anna, a rude, disrespectful individual with a bad attitude. any time i would speak to her about what was going on at my home, she would tell me to deal with whatever issues i am having and rush me off the phone. but hey, just like the owner, she is of the same origin and i guess she feels she can act anyway she likes.
now let me start with the designer tara. she is the most loud and obnoxious person i ever came across. she actually had the frame of mind to announce during a project meeting that she smokes pot to ease her mind. unacceptable. and to be quite honest, with her choice of words and tone of voice, you would believe she smoked more then pot, but on the other hand, she is extremely overweight so i guess pot it is!(munchies) and then the receptionist rebecca, this girl is the s**t of the office. she even flirted with my husband! she wore unappropriate clothing and the entire time my husband and i were browsing the showroom she was on her phone face-timing, showing us no attention at all.
although all of that is bad enough, they completely destroyed my original kitchen door that i wanted to save, along with the floors that were supposed to be kept because i had them done the year prior. they cost me more money then i intended to pay and the headaches and unprofessionalism was unbearable. i advise anyone thinking of working with this company to go else where.
