This was my most recent experience upon which this review is based: I showed up for my previously scheduled Saturday May 21, 2016 (today) 9:00 AM massage appointment with Marisol the massage therapist. She was sitting in her car at the west side of the parking lot at the side door entrance to the medical office building at 1601 Clint Moore Rd. I pulled up and said "hello" as she exited her car and then she walked briskly inside the building, oblivious that I too needed to enter in order to keep my appointment with her. She did not even have the decency to hold the door open for me and all doors around the perimeter of the medical building were locked.
Why bother to book appointments and advertise Saturday office hours if a patient cannot even gain access to the doctor's office inside of the building? And then when I immediately called their office number at least 6 times in a row it kept on going to voicemail even though Google states that they are supposed to be open today from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. I left several messages for Dr. Klein and or any available office staff and none were returned.
I would never return to this chiropractic clinic and I recommend that others avoid this place as well as they apparently don't care about a patient's business or wasting someone's precious time. Marisol the massage therapist does not seem to be too bright, nor does she seem to possess any basic common sense, as she both saw and spoke with me, yet refused to wait at the door for a few seconds so that I could enter the building with her.
