I ordered a size small, cancelled the order, ordered a size medium. I was charged for both jackets and received both jackets. I want to return the small one and get a refund. Forget about calling their phone number, why have one if you never answer it???? Their address on line does not include a zip code, nor a confirmed address where one should send returns. When I complained about the slow order, they said two weeks at Christmas is pretty good - well not good enough - I ordered it on Dec. 16 - 9 days should be plenty to get it to Arizona from anywhere in the US. Ah, the problem is they are in Canada and the item has to come from Singapore. Are you told this a time of order? No! This is just deceptive. I have e-mailed them numerous times and only receive "form" e-mails back. On a scale of 0 to 10 I would rate this 0.

I've had my product for atleast 2 years now. Pitbull carseat covers. I am very happy. They're made with good quality material. I remember that I got a confirmation email right away. And my seat covers arrived on time.

I waited a few weeks hadn't received it so I emailed a few days later they responded with "we'll get with our logistics department to check into it " didn't hear back so I emailed again I received my bathing suit 4/8/19 you can't order a large top I'm a DDD but small waisted. Needless to say the boobs don't stay in and the color is not the bright beautiful color I ordered it's a dull pink. I will never order from them again. They suck all around from the customer service to their products

Payment was taken immediately, however I still have no merchandise even though the email said 3-5 days before shipping. I have called & emailed numerous times and left a message. There voicemail messages states they will get back to you within 48 hours. I have never gotten any response at all. Do not order, this company is a scam!!!
Zero stars. I ordered a blanket February 2nd and the tracking number comes up unknown. I can't get anyone to respond to my email or phone call. I paid $47.00 for that blanket. I will never order from them again and I hope they go out of business for ripping people off.

After two weeks I still had not heard back. I emailed the company to get an update, there was no response at all. Then on November 23rd 2018 the jacket was delivered!! It is exactly what I ordered, well made and properly sized. Super excited to give it to my friend!!

I tried to return and get refund and they would not accept it. I highly recommend not purchasing from them. I wish I would have looked here before I ordered.

When I called to ask if I could send it back the girl could not speak English very good so she kept asking me the same questions over and over. Then from what I could gather it sounded like all sales were final. They need to make that more noted when there adds invade your private internet surfing. Not happy and would act with caution if your wanting to spend your hard earned cash with them.

The hood was uneven and one of the arms was twisted and stitched incorrectly, and therefore you couldn't even get your arm through it. I tried calling their support phone number, and all it does is send me straight to voice mail. I then emailed their support and they agreed to send me a replacement. After a few weeks, I realized I hadn't received the replacement yet. I emailed them again, and again, and again, and they refuse to respond to any of my emails. It has now been a month and a half, and I still have not received a replacement sweater, nor have I received a refund, despite my constant emails requesting this. I have also left multiple messages on their voice mail, and have not received responses to that either.

I sent a form through their customer support, they responded and told me they would look into it. When I check my order it now says From Dec 8-Jan 1st. The check order status hasn't moved since they got my money! I sent another request for info and I haven't heard anything in response!
