When I asked to match or beat the price of a competitor, Kitchensource.com refused to meet the price I found. They said they would try to match it. Their advertisement said "We'll match it". Their response was if you look further into our blah blah blah, you find that we will try to match it. Talk about bait and switch! I'm an old school teacher. I teach my high school students that right is right and wrong is wrong. There is nothing in between. These guys are wrong. Don't mess with them. You are only wasting your time.
This was my first internet purchase, craving something convenient, TOO GOOD to be true
We ordered a BOOS kitchen island with drop leaf and casters.
The company adverrtised FREE SHIPPING and included in the pitch in home delivery.
When the 500 pound package arrived, there was a single delivery person, no dolly and guess what no delivery.
Called the company in a panic, they stated that even though that is on their website, they do not "do it anymore, haven't for 3 years she has been there!". The free delivery was to the door. Well our door is on the second floor of an apartment building.
Really, who in the world has that many people around to manage a heavy delivery!!!
When I indicated that I was refusing delivery, the person stated that now I would have to "PAY SHIPPING for BOTH ways.
Of course, I will not.
SO I will never order on line again and encourage you to NOT USE this COMPANY/WEBSITE.
