Buyer beware. The owner and his staff are scruptulous and highly unethical. Please note we take filling a complaint or report very seriously and have made every attemt to resolve this matter amicably and reasonably first. Unfortunately, the staff and owner (Emin K.) were sure to string us along promising the $2125.00 would be returned to us. This went on for weeks.
First, i was told the owner was out of the country and unable to be reached. I was then told they lost my documents. I was then told not to contact the credit card company and the 2125 would be returned to me immediately. This went on day after day, week after week, since May. It is now October. My patience ran thin. I demanded to speak to the owner. I was laughed at and told to take them to court...I DARE YOU they said. They also said I will never see a dollar of my $2125.00.
Here is what happened from the beginning:
As a fellow indisutry provider, we provided 17 hours of service to Kismet Limo's clients, as they subcontract their work!
Emin K. contracted for 17 hours of services in a 56 passenger coach bus for Thursday, May 14, 2015 into Friday, May 15, 2015. It was explained that the services must be punctual and professional as the guests on the bus were members of the Turkish military. An agreed upon price of $2125.00 was set and the client contracted for this amount. This was done professionally & punctually in May (14th). For an unbeknownst reason, they then disputed the charge of $2125.00 (which is rightfully owed to us).
When the charge was initially disputed and I questioned why, Emin said it was an error on hispart and the dispute would be dropped immediately. That was in JULY!!!
I am infuriated at the lack of attention to this matter. 120 days then past.
Our driver was punctual, professional, and amiable. The passengers were picked up in Fairfield, NJ then brought to New York City. The full 17 hours of service were provided as contracted for.
Weeks later, we receive this dispute. As we had not heard of any issue with the service, we reached out to the client. The client advised that it was an error on their part, that he would take care of this immediately and the dispute would be dropped. In the event that the dispute has not been cancelled by the client, I presented all relevant information.
Our company provided services for the 17 time block reserved as contracted. Our vehicle was modern and clean. We arrived early. Our driver was tuxedoed, professional, and courteous.
We should not be penalized or at a loss. We should not be lied to. We should not be screamed at or dared to take legal action because now we will.
