The persons name is ashley stewart. They want 2 months payment up front. There is no credit check. The monthly payments do not even match the calculated amount for the loan. Seriously, she said i qualified for a $150,000.00 loan for 13 years at 8%. After i asked her about her company she said to call the california business department. I did call - no record, no record at bbb, no record at the bank and finance government office. Scam! i called her back and she continually hung up on me after i stated my name. I emailed her and asked for the business finance registration numbers and the name of the finance company and received no reply. Do not hand these people your money, they will not fund your loan. I am also filing a complaint against jacob & amp, kouchner financing; the original website i went to for a loan, kisling was the company to calm directly.

Same thing happened to me. Except I fell into it and they stole my money. Funny thing is I live out towards that address now and am going to see if they actually exist. Don’t ever listen to anything Ashley Stewart says! They all need to be in jail!!!!!

Ashley Stewart contacted me 4 months ago, saying I was approved for $30k loan. I was so happy...until I paid the 3 months upfront and "the lender" required 3 more months upfront! I only paid the first amount- and she said at anytime I could get my money back if I changed my mind-I WAS SCAMMED out of $900. I have called and she hangs up on me, I have emailed and no answer. I want my money back. I am seeking legal action and notifying the authorities. Same with Jacob and Kouchner Financing----LIARS AND SCAMMERS
