I do not recommend anyone do business with Kirk Mannor and Justin Ferguson.
I paid Kirk over a year ago $300 to fix the siding on my house in Akron, and the work was never done and Kirk refuses to make arrangements to go over and complete the job.
I paid Kirk Mannor earlier this year $375, to fix the ceiling on a house I own in Youngstown, and the work was not done. Kirk always has excuses that he is busy with 5 other clients or his vehicle has broke down (several times for long periods of time) or some other emergency (ie phone is broke for like a week). When he has decided to not do my job for whatever reason, he screens his calls, and wont answer the phone. It is needless to say a stressful experience.
He manipulated me by stating that if I pay up front, he will give me priority and do my job next. It has been like this all year. The problem is, my job never got done and month's have passed and Kirk refuses to refund my money. I had to hire someone else to come in and do the job.
I contacted Mahoning County Dispute Resolution to try and get Kirk to pay me back. After the representative contacted him, and Kirk found out what the call was about, Kirk replied he didnt know what they were talking about and terminated the call.
Justin Ferguson is his worker, and I actually paid Justin via paypal for the work. Kirk does not argue that he didnt get paid.
Kirk plays games with you, trying to get you to pay upfront. He always says he super busy, everyone pays him more than your paying him and he always acts he's doing you a favor, but in the end he got my money and did not do both jobs. I stopped calling Kirk more than 2 month's ago for any type of work. Since he refuses to reimburse me, I feel I have no choice but to file this complaint.
ive been upset about this and feel this complaint is all I have left as recourse.
