Purchased a new home and have had a nightmare with the windows and doors manufactured by Kinro. When I called the lady was very nasty and rude and said these windows are top of the line.
I will never own another vinyl window after the problems with mold, hazing, seals broke, and definitely not energy efficient. Kinro vinyl windows warp and buckle. When you try and open them after a few years the slides have now started seperating and you can't open or close the windows. Which becomes a safety hazard in case of fire.
Have started spending thousands of dollars on entry doors and windows by another company who have a lifetime warranty on their product.
Other companies who manufacture vinyl windows have a lifetime warranty on their products so buyer beware and do your homework before purchasing these cheap Kinro building products.
