We arrived here in august 2015 and we thought we signed a contract for 12 months, thats the standard and minimum we have signed in other places. On the month of july they let us know that we were automatically signed for another year, although we have been only here for 11months. When we went to clarify at the lease office they told us that the person in charge was on vacations and that she would arrive in 5 days. When we arrive to speak with MYRA PEAL (person in charge of renewals) her secretary was staring at her phone, she addressed us and she went back to stare at her phone. We we spoke with Myra Peal she said we signed an 11month lease and that if we wanted to break the lease we had to notify them 60 days in advance plus paying them 2months or rent (4months total) Not only was she EXTREMELY RUDE, but she said she sent mail in april and an email in june, mail we never got and an email we didnt understand why was been sent. There was no phone call to verify that we were staying another year and they renew our lease without our signature. She was unprofessional and they sneaked on us to get us signed for another year.
