Beware of King Size Direct! This compnay is a complete scam. I placed an order on December 16th for two pair of jeans. This company debited my card and sent me and email to track my order. The order is scheduled to be delivered on December 21. On December 21 the package does not arrive. I immediately check the tracking website of FedEx and find that they are re-routing the package to be sent back to King Size Direct. I immediately called FedEx who informed me that King Size Direct submitted a request to have the package returned. I called King Size Direct who emphatically denies that such a request was placed. I would told they would cancel the first order and created a second order to be sent to me over night deliver but they would need to take my credit card again. So they told me they would credit my card with the refund and place the second charge minus a charge for expidited shipping. The order was supposed to arrive today, Friday, December 23. I get hom to find that the order has not arrived. I immediately called FedEx who said King Size Direct never shipped the order. So I call King Size Direct and was told that some of the orders were not able to go out because of "packing issues." King Size Direct then told me my package would be shipped asap and I would receive it on Tuesday of next week. I was furious. This was a Christmas gift and King Size Direct failed twice to get the package to me. I have yet to receive my refund of the first order and they have charge my card a second time and I still have not recieved the package that I have paid for twice. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for online and interstate fraud. I am also filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office of Indiana but I tell everyone do not do business with this company. They are a complete scam!

Prepaid return postage is a joke because you drop it at the post office, and it then isn’t picked up by there "return agent" for almost a week. Then several days for the package to get back to them. All said and done it was TWO WEEKS for them to get the item for exchange. I finally get an email saying the replacement items have been shipped. I look up the order on their website, only to discover THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO HEM THE PANTS!!!
I call and bring to their attention and this is the response:
"Would you like to place an order for the correct inseam? You can then return the unhemmed pants when you get them. Please be aware there will be a restocking fee for the unhemmed pants because it is a return not an exchange". Let's get this straight ... you want me to give you MORE money to send a third pair of pants, because you didn't process the exchange correctly? And you expect to change me extra to return something you screwed up?
I waited for the unhemmed pants and returned them immediately, to try yet again to get the right size. I placed my original order on September 18th.... almost SEVEN WEEKS AGO!! Again nearly two week wait for the company to get the returned item.
The best part? While I am trying to deal with King Size-d incompetence, the company has the gall to spam me twice a day with emails trying to get me to place more orders. GTFO.
