I ordered a 4 stroke motorkit on October 2nd, and i got a notification saying the product had been shipped, I called FedEx and they say they have not gotten the package and only the label had been made. It's now the 17th and it still has not been shipped. They won't answer phone calls, emails, messages on any of there social media platforms. Now I'm out $269..... i can't even get a refund.
