After numerous calls (they hang up on me when I call) and no return calls when I leave a message with night shift, I decided to go and talk to him.
He was rude, and said that me initiating an investigation with the health department was my refund. He walked away and left me in the lobby. No remorse, no apologies, and certainly no compensation for the brutal scars that these bites left on my skin. I have pictures, and video of my scars, and of my conversation with owner about a refund for my stay.
