Roger Salam and Kent Davis are selling foreclosures from Ockwen Bank. They bid on a tape, mark up prices and sell individually to people who want to invest. They charge a fee on top of marking up the properites. There contracts are bogus, you only get a quit claim deed. They sell as is so the properity probably is a mess. They said that the cost of fix up will be put on the new buyers back. I bought 2 properties from them cause it sounded like I could finally get my foot in the door with real estate. They said they "sold" one of them, meaning a buyer was making payments. I have never seen a dime of that payment. When I asked Kents company about it, I was told they hadn't paid. So I asked why haven't they been evicted? Well we didn't know what you wanted to do. CRAP! This company is not looking out for you. The other property though I bought was sold to some one else. So its been 5 months and still nothing. They won't give your money back, won't do what they promised. They hold seminars all over the country, a lot in Los Angeles, so buyer beware!
