This has been the most unprofessional, sloppy, non-communication (unless I initiate it) attempt to move we have ever encountered. You don't return emails or voicemails. You are inconsiderate to the tenants needs; you are rude, uncaring and should not be in the position you are in. You can't handle it! The most incompetent person I have ever met! Mentally you appear to have a handi-cap. You should not be allowed to work alone!
I am requesting the $180.00 I have already paid you to be refunded or I will call a Real-estate Rental Attorney and show him all the problems we have suffered under your poor management. We have to cancel a moving van and the cancellation fee will be $200!!!! All because of your sloppiness and unwillingness to help! YOU even sent us the wrong contract to sign!!!!!! Then you emailed me today after I repeatedly emailed you stating we would have to pay more proration because you won't be available to give us the keys the early morning of the move, but you can give us the keys on the 25th and do a new pro-ration. ABSURD!!!
There exists a serious problem at Kings Colony/Elon. I am waiting to hear from the District Manager, Toni. They need to know how badly you are managing their apartments!
