Kinetic offers a 25 year warranty on their cookware products, specifically their stainless steel pots & pans, but they do not honor it. They lie to you telling you what is clearly stated in the warranty as covered is not covered. They also will proceed to make up whatever excuses they can to not honor warranties including, "you didn't buy it directly from us", but they DO NOT HAVE A STOREFRONT OR WAY TO PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THEM NOR IS THIS STATED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR WARRANTY! Once you call them out on this fact and send them a physical picture of the warranty, they will consider it then proceed to make up more lies as to why they won't honor the warranty.
Even if these products were shelved for 15 years and you opened the box only to have them fall apart Kinetic will say "well you should've called them in earlier", "we can't prove if it's due to manufacturer's defect or use.
The non-stick eclipse coating was said to at one point be including under the warranty as it is guaranteed to not scrape, peel off, etc, but they supposedly removed this from the warranty because people were calling in about it and actually getting warranty claims processed due to this so now EVERYTHING IS CONSIDERED WEAR SO THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY AT ALL.
This is what happened to my 15-piece set which barely use as I don't cook (I use this set once a month at most, sometimes going months without touching it:)
Eclipse non-stick coating was coming off or gone entirely from a few pans
One pot and one pan had their handles just fall off one day
The 3 accessories included in the set that I maybe used 3 times (spatula, 2 spoons) handles seperated from them because the terrible adhesive used to make them dried out
Then, customer service decided because I wasn't falling for their BS they wanted to call me directly to yell at me and tell me they would only replace a garbage 15-piece set with ONE PAN!
