This Vet (veterinarian) Susan Rosenblatt threatened to have our dog taken away after we brought her on for help. She originally saidnrhe dog would not need surgery, she then proceeded to call and say if we don't get surgery for the dog she would call animal control and have our dog taken away. We brought the dog in for help, not to be threatened. The surgeon we brought her to said it was a preexisting condition from the rescue agency we got the dog from. Susem Rosenblatt made us feel like and sound like it was our fault.
To make matters worse, she said if we can't pay for the surgery she would be more than happy to take our dog. I am glad she is in such a position to threaten, intimidate, and extort all for the sake of her own needs and desires. To make matters worse, the optional surgery we paid for at great expense for our dog did nothing to help. Her first advice of letting it heal on it's own was the correct advice. I can only imagine the kick back she got for threatening us to go to her surgeon. This was a great Vet until the new owner took over. Don't be swindled many the old reviews, it's not the same.
