Kimberly Jackson is a bias prejudice person. The power was out in her building one visit. But her office staff but I was a no show. Then she falsely put in my medical chart that my mom said something against her religion. This one new doctor even jumped on me about it and had to explain it was false. And this is what she said in response to my complaint of another website. She didn't provide me good caring compassionate medical care.
All she did was terminate me as a patient. So how is this showing good caring compassionate medical care? None of the doctors in phenix city are compassionate. If they take their office staff word over their patients. And say that they will not put up with patients talking back to their office employees.
I beg your pardon but patients don't have to take abuse from the doctor or his office staff. And they are laws against patient abuse. But this is phenix city where evil goes on!
What is so wrong with treating me with respect and dignity? Something these doctors in phenix city refuse to do!
It is unfortunate that there weren't any Physician, neither male or female, in Phenix City who were able to care for and/or satisfy this gentleman. We, and I'm sure our colleagues as well, provide good, caring and compassionate medicine in a professional setting. In Dr. Jackson's office, we insist that respect is given to all without exception, including when the Doctors, PA, or Nurses may be sharing hard-to-bare news with a patient. We are a diverse and multicultural company, both patients and staff; we embrace diversity, but understand this may sometimes lead to mis-communication. If any patients felt that they were not treated with respect, please let us know and give us the opportunity to make amends; we would be more than happy to do so.
