I was highly recommended and referred by my neighbor to contact Barbara Iglesias (Barbie) back in 2013 for a FREE consultation and estimate. At that time she was out of my budget. I heard her name also from a few people at work. I contacted her again this March, 2015, was given a fair quote and advised she could help me correct errors and make a condo purchase by late August. I was told I would be receiving correspondence by mail and email and to send to her. I also had to sign up at equifax.com. I was also told by my neighbor that she received a lot of corespondence and positive results in about 30 days. After a month, I had only received 1 letter. I called her and was told that it may take 45 days but not to worry. I called my old neighbor ( I had moved) and was told she had just signed up again and was not receiving the same positive results, no phone call updates and no correspondence after 2 months. I had been hearing she must be too popular and is now collecting payments but is not delivering any results. I also referred 2 people to her in early January and they are having no luck also. She stopped picking up her phone and does not answer emails. My credit score has dropped!! She was doing online only disputes from what I saw, I could have done that myself for free!! In addition I have been googling to get reviews and just noticed she changed her name from credit express to kill any bill. In addition her BBB rating was erased because it said company closed. Beware DO NOT Use kill any bill. SHe will kill your pockets and not deliver any results!!
