What can I do,I chose a number from this vendor and got scammed for $375 !
This number was dirty and on top was black listed,so I was not able to use it on messenger.

Kijiji Ottawa to Toronto and Toronto to Ottawa share rides are extremely unreliable. Return ride from Toronto was not provided 2 of 2 times. Kijiji was informed about it and continue to advertise ads from not trustworthy and accountable advertisers.
Advertiser (416-825-0294, Ad ID 1361853745 & Ad ID 1347372350) did not provide a return ride on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 5:30pm from Toronto even though it was agreed. On Sunday, July 22, 2018 I was informed to contact a replacement driver Jordan 514-730-2521 for Sunday return for increased price of $50 although advertised price was $40. He never responded to my text message. Therefore, I had to return by airplane as there was no other available public transportation.
Stay away fom Kijiji website to buy and sell. The owners have gone greedy by making customers pay to bump up the ads by deleting and blocking the email account. The moment they know you are updating your AD by reposting, they will delete your AD and send you a ridiculous email. The email also contains threatening information to sue the customer by tracking their IP address.
