I just got scammed by someone on kijiji when I purchased a 416 number that was spoofed.The seller made up a excuse, showed me it worked,gave me bogus information,and the number belonged to someone else! The person that owned the number called the POLICE and I was advised that not to try in any way to act and call the carrier or I would be charged for CRIMINAL FRAUD & INPERSONATING ANOTHER PERSON & added these are serious Federal Criminal Offences and carry Jail Time.
I took the loss of $250 Never Ever Again!
