Khosrow Sedeghian is at it again! My family is living in one of his rentals and we have PROOF that mold was covered up, and multiple unsafe and unhealthy living conditions existed before we moved in. Somehow the rental "passed" inspection, but I was recently told by an official that the place never should have passed. I sent a certified letter to Khosrow and copied the city inspector with pictures of the AC that has not worked since we moved in, black mold, we have sewage odor coming out of one of the tubs, we have had to hire an exterminator because the place is infested with bugs, and the entire foundation is moving so we can't lock our doors.... the list goes on.
I received a phone all from Khosrow tonight, which I let go to voicemail and what do you know - he is stating that we agreed by contract to spend $200 of our own money to make any repairs necessary (by law, I believe he is liable for health and safety issues), and that he is going to "fix" the problems but not only bill us for $200 more for every month we have lived here, but for the costs of repairs as well becaues "these problems did not exist before we moved in.
I have proof! I think its time for a class action suit because this man has hurt too many people. I have links to multiple cases and I, fo rone, am not going to lie down and take this!
