I will contact the BBB to and other agencies be careful when you do business with this bad people and company. stay away from this un honest company. I hope they will get to federal court for all the scam and crime they are committed daily on people that want to drive nice cars. When I Called to speak with the GM not available passed me to the sales manager, One A***** to deal with I told what Brayn Sheldon did, He's like you want the phone number for the credit report fraud bureau,like he doesnt even care.
Brayn Sheldon is one annoying customer sales rep to deal with everything with this guy is No no.When you tell him you dont want the car any longer he will contact you say "you want or not", you agree to one price then it starts changing in the process very greedy disgusting attitude on him. Thats how you do business with paying customers. The Worst Customer Service Ever...Guarantee I will Not buy a car from this dealer any longer... I bought a 2015 Mercedes C300 from Keyes Mercedes / Keyes European. Back in may of 2015 as of today the car has only 5200 miles on it. I have an iPhone 6 plus and the car has been in the shop 5 times because they cannot get the Bluetooth to work properly and claim there are “compatibility issues”. Keyes European, as of 9-10-15 still cannot fix it.
-9-1-2015 - They replaced the sentire module on I picked up the car 9-3-15.
-9-4-15 in the morning the same problem started happening again. I was furious and went back to Keyes and this rude service manager Tina Carpenter said there was nothing more they could do and they cannot fix the problem. I said to her that on MBUSA the iPhone 6 plus is listed as a compatible device with my 2015 c300. She ignored me, nor did she take own the problem. I then stormed out and went to pick up my girlfriend 5 minutes away. When I picked her up she said you better come out and see this. I went over and saw my outside rear view mirror damaged. I then went back to Keyes and the service manager said they damaged it probably and they would take car of it.
9-5-15 The car will not start!!! My car was dead/ no signs of life and I almost lost a sale because I almost didn’t make my appointment that morning. The car was towed back to Keyes and I got another loaner. The service adviser could not believe what was going on. The car was put back into service once again to fix the Bluetooth problem. Now they have had the car again since 9-5-15.
9-10-15 Keyes European / Keyes Mercedes said the car was ready for pick up.” Yet Mike my service advisor said that the Bluetooth issue is still not working and he had no answers. I talked to the general manager of Keyes this guy named Simon and told him I am not picking up the car until the Bluetooth is fixed. He threatened me if I did not return the loaner her would call the police and said the car was missing and stolen. The car was not fixed, which means the car is not ready to be picked up.
BUYER BEWARE!
Bottom line. Don’t ever go to Keyes Mercedes to buy or service a car, They treat you like crap and do not take ownership of problems they cannot fix. I have hired a lemon law attorney and will go after both MBUSA and Keyes European/Keyes European I have filed a complaint with Mercedes corporate, but who knows what that will accomplish. I have bought over 5 cars from Keyes Mercedes of Van Nuys. Again, they are liars and cheats and do yourself a favor and buy your Mercedes somewhere else. Simon, Mike, Tina are all la bunch of bottom dwelling scum suckers and liars. Instead of fixing the problem they made my lemon car worse.
