Kevin Potecuk is a LIAR. He has jerked me around since 2015 on patents I procured. Somewhere around 2015 I began being IGNORED by Kevin Potecuk and others at the company he was vice President of product management. Fast forward a couple years down the road through happenstance I reconnected with Kevin Potucek through a mutual contact. We scheduled a conference all in which several others on the call. Kevin Potecuk took charge of the entire call starting off by apologizing to me for being ignored in the past, I was reassured it would never happen again, Kevin Potucek claimed they valued my insight and ideas and look forward to working with me on several projects. I took the high road at that time and let it go, though it was highly unprofessional. Between 2018 and 2022 I presented half a dozen plus ideas to Kevin Potucek, each time Kevin Potucek in hind sight was blowing the proverbial smoke up my ass. Kevin Potucek would praise my ideas as "killer ideas", "innovative" "thinking outside the box" game changing and dozens of other platitudes. 2019 I entered a licensing agreement with Kevin Potucek involved, to date nothing has happened no one has responded with anything but excuses. Kevin Potucek has continued his campaign to IGNORE me. I have spent well into the 6 figures getting these patents expedited as there was always a sense of urgency from Kevin Potucek to get these approved asap so we could move forward. Patent after patent has been granted and Kevin Potucek delivers perfunctory responses when and if he responds at all. As of last year Kevin Potucek let us know he is retiring from Hayward and would no longer be involved. Apparently it was all a ruse. What kind of scumbag leads someone on for YEARS knowing full well they are looking forward to an outcome and it's costing me copious amounts of money to present and patent these ideas. Every person, without exception I have dealt with at this company where Kevin was involved throughout the process is unprofessional, the "engineers" they would have on these calls were a joke asking the stupidest questions ever, really, you're an engineer and you're asking this? Clearly they have scraped the bottom of the barrel and that's why this company has NO INNOVATION, they merely buy other companies and products and put their name on them. Kevin Potucek writes statements in emails such as: Looking forward to learning the latest on your products! xxx speaks highly of you and your technology. Thanks for the update. It makes great sense for him to score the claims after the conversation with the examiner. Looking forward to hearing the results. Thanks for the evaluation. I will review with the team and get back with any questions. Everyone is at our US Sales Meeting right now so we should plan on a call next week. I’ll feed back any of my own questions in the meantime. We are trying to sync our own schedules for a time but wanted to see if you are available for a call this Thursday. We understand the Patent office can operate on their own timeline. As discussed, its a little tough coming up with a valuation without knowing the final language of the claims, but likely not insurmountable. We had an internal discussion Friday and we should continue the dialog next week after the show dust settles. I know you and xxx were planning on meeting in our booth on Friday. I'll let Scott comment on his availability. I'm headed back on the redeye Thursday night and packed from 12:00 PM on. If you are there Thursday before noon it would be great to put face to name for ongoing discussion, but we'll hold off further business discussions until all players can be on the phone together. Fast forward to April 2022 I sent the following email and to date no F*cking response from the liar Kevin Potucek: Kevin, When you first started our phone conference call the first words out of your mouth was an apology for Hayward jerking me around and ignoring me. It's been 7 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think I'm being jerked around again? Or should I wait 7 more years? Extremely disappointed in Hayward and every individual I have dealt with throughout this process. I feel bad xxx has wasted so much time. There was so much pressure to "hurry up" and get these patents get you have ALL ignored me. All the praise which was clearly disingenuous in hind sight. It's clear Hayward has no intention on doing anything with the patents they licensed and no one has the courtesy to act like a professional. I turned down 2 other offers to work with Hayward. I have pushed millions in Hayward products! It's unprofessional the way I have been treated. Kevin you are an AZZhole and I hope Karma serves you well for tricking me, lying, misleading me, wasting my time, wasting my money, jerking me around then ignoring me after you stated I would never be ignored again GFYS
