Ace Industrial Supply Inc. sent us something a tool we never ordered. He called my husband and he told him that he would send him something and my husband can try it if he liked it he could keep it if not he could return. My husband asked what it was. When he told my husband what it was my husband told him that he doesn't need that tool, he doesn't use it.
We receieved the thing and since we received it I have contacted them multiple times and told them to send me a shipping label because I wasn't going to pay for shipping especially, understanding how untrustworthy they are (since the sent us something without ordering it) I should ship it with signature, so it is going to be expensive, and we should I pay all that money to return something we never ordered. I have saved the item for a few months but I am not going to pay to ship it back. I told him that not only I am not paying for something I haven't ordered, but now, I am going to throw it in the garbage. He is very rude, I don't understand what he is going to solve with his behaviour. He can take me anywhere he wants, collection and whatever, but I am not paying for something I haven't ordered.
