It was a SCAM for me, it was also my fault that I didn't pay attention. First they advertize making use of trustable names, like Costco. I am a Costco member and while browsing their website for a product, a survey egarding their services poped-up. So, I said ok, let's do it. At the end there were some offers , from different companies, and here I got in the trap. Keranigue was advertising some samples of there products and I was supposed to buy one for $3,99, so I did.

After 2 weeks I received a package, quite big, two sampoons, a serum and a comb and the invoice. On the envoice everything seemed ok, $3,99. After exactly 31 days my account was charged 80$ and then I started to nvestigate what happened. It was a SCAM, it was no sample, as the add sayd, and on the invoice, down on the page, with small letters was written subscription fee of $160. This was my fault, but still it was a SCAM and I would recommend you all be aware of this!

Keranique defrauds women with abusive and solaped "contracts"

My name is lelio p and i thank Outscam for hosting my previous complaint, dish network (2014), which finally gave in to false, abusive and arbitrary charges. I hope that this new complaint also finds an echo in the victims of bad trade and that these bad businesses reflect or stop their methods of selling abusive and fraudulent through products "sample totally free", alleged "surveys" that reward you for answering them, etc., etc., etc. Those bad trades only ask you to pay the "handling and shipping costs", for which you are asked for your bank details, distracting your attention to the "wonders" that are going to provide you. When you click "yes i want!" in the supposed marvel you will also be accepting the "terms and conditions" that are explained in a subpage that you neither see nor read or know. Why? Because the sign of the "terms and conditions" Or the popcorn that you must erase from the invisible quadrangle that binds you to a leonine contract) appears in the less visible place of the page, with the smallest letter and the smallest number of words possible in order that he may go unnoticed and, in a good christian, with the arterious intention of defrauding him. Although the law tries to avoid fraud in business to consumer B2c) electronic commerce, the consumer is always in a position of clear economic and negotiating weakness against such "legal" contracts that the bank itself will doubt if there was fraud or if the "customer" is retracting a contract he does not want to comply with And the bank will continue to pay that "debt" with the account money the swindler associated with his alleged purchase) .

That happened to me with hypothetically free electronic cigarettes that i won for a penny saver poll. I "only" had to pay the "handling and shipping costs" ... And the month of receiving the "free sample" i was receiving a consignment of expensive filters that i never asked for and were charged to my checking account. Penny saver did not know of the survey that "someone" did to his name, and i investigated that "someone" had cheated thousands of consumers with alleged "polls" of several reputed commercial houses. Seeing the little collaboration of my own bank to stop these spurious charges, i spent three days investigating vapor smart / renew cigs and their intermediaros, delivery agents, missing websites or with new names With servers in panama) and telephones of front of that scam on a large scale In california, where i live, they used a private telephone) until i found the company responsible, a permanently closed office in miami, whose owners i identified through linkedin and contacted motu proprio to obtain a refund of my money.

Now the swindle is my wife, janet p, who on november 15, 2016 bought a keramique "sample" for $ 61.21 with taxes and "shipping and processing charges" Costumer id sptv2016111510404344, invoice no. Icd489bf57497ef2e). After paying that onerous and disappointing "sample" of ridiculous little bottles, a week ago my wife received an unexpected, unnecessary and unnecessary "second remittance" Costumer idsptv2016111510404344, invoice no. Acdab71e6c9de4b99), already charged to her credit card, and for this invoice he learned that there are two other remittances pending january 22 and february 21, for $ 53.70 each. We do not know what artifice keramique used to obtain the malicious and fraudulent subscription of that contract that we rejected and denounced as fraudulent and illegitimate. We already tried to contact that company through its own email and those of other companies involved in this scam Https://keranique.com, https://ramadeals.Zendesk.com, https: //www.Cardashcampro.com), obtaining the answer of only one of them. And what does it tell us? That their representatives only speak and read english, and until the sight, baby. But it happens that keramique has a version in spanish to sell to the spanish-speaking Victims), or - and said in good christian - that keranique speaks to you in your language to defraud and in english to ignorarte and continue to steal you. While i wait for keramique to read and respond to this complaint in a timely manner, i thank Outscam for its attention. After this prudent time for keramique to give me back my money, i reserve the right to report this bad company to the federal trade commission Ftc) in washington, the bbb, other consumer protection agencies, banks, credit verifiers and how much authority is needed, in addition to keramique's own facebook. If i do, i will also subscribe to any class action against keramique and his "business partners" Accomplices or cronies, who do the same).

Ps as an investigative journalist, i also reserve the right to confirm

I took part in a "free haircare" package and they said I only had to cover shipping of $5. After I received the product I had used it and was not satisfied, but I was unable to call them due to me being busy with work, national guard stuff and normal busy days. After a little over a month I got a $79.99 charge to my bank account and I had called them. The guy that I spoke with told me that since I didn't call them before the "30 days was up" that I would have to pay for the product. When I told him I was not aware of this he told me that it was talked about in a piece of paper that was in the box, but I never got this paper he spoke of. Now by the end of it all I will have to pay around $100 and I have a $30 overdraft fee on my account . I'm not the first to deal with this. If you look on the internet you will find hundreds of others have dealt with the same problem.

I got notified by Paypal that someone was trying to purchase Keranique products but stopped. Then I got email confirmations that two purchases from Keraique were charged to my Visa. I never ordered anything from Keranique.

I called Keranique to stop the orders and the shipments. They said that they already shipped and to call once they arrived.

When the orders arrived, I called Keranique. I told them that I never placed these orders and that someone used my credit card. The Keranique representative tried to talk me into keeping the orders and agree to the payments which are subscription based. I argued with him and then said to just keep the products and they will close my account.

This was clearly a scam. i changed my credit card. i am worried that they will try to charge me for these orders.

I had come across this company on facebook. I wanted to grow my hair out. It seemed worth trying since it was a free trial. Or I thought it was free!

I paid a few dollars for a shipping fee and in a few days recieved the product. The boxes came to me smashed to heck, but I tried it any way. I knew I didnt like it as soon as I tried it.

The product made my hair feel like straw, took out my shine and luster, and made my hair fall out with in 2 uses. I stop use all together and figured,"Oh well it was free."

I then called the company to tell them that I didnt want to continue the order. They were very aggressive in trying to keep me. They offered me free gifts and reduced prices. I told the no more than 5 times.

I started getting very fustrated with them because I just didnt want the product. Even if it worked I wouldnt want it. More than a $100 a month for a hair product.

Finally; I got through the thick skull of this shark salesman. Thats when I found out that I was going to mail back the product in seperate orders. It cost $3-4 to send it to me and about $20 to send it back to them.

Now when I think the nightmare is over I get something in the mail. Its a bill for the stuff I sent back. I recieved this product, sent it back, and cancelled it in October. They sent me a bill in January.

By the end of it... Or what I hope is the end of it, I could help but curse them out.

Please for the love of god. Never ever ever get a product from this company. They make car salesman look like angels.

Its just not worth it.
