On October last year Kenny Koch and Summer Lund signed a year lease to rent a home in Buhl, ID for the amount of $1350 a month. The owner kindly offered a 3 month promotion to pay for the HOA and water Bills. However after the 3 months, Koch and Lund refused to pay their HOA, water and garbage services which they still owe for more than $700. They also broke their rental lease not paying the months of August and September. Even though they promised to leave the place in optimal conditions, they left the home very dirty, they never took care of the weeds and the garden which cost the owner $1000 to clean and repair. Koch and Lund used the rent money as a deposit to rent another place in Twin Falls. Renters be aware. These two individuals owe the amount of $4,400 US and will go to collections. BE AWARE The management company that signed the contract with these two individuals is My Management Co aka Ray Perron who refused to return the tenant's deposit of $1350. Koch and Lund went to collections for $4,400 they owe in rent, utilities, HOA and damages to the home.
