Not happy with this company. First, needed a new air/heating unit (not the problem as ours was 12 years old) the tech wanted to up sell and "wheel and deal" on the new one with us to the point of being worn down and just wanted him out of our condo. We were supposed to receive all warranties within two weeks, week five we are still waiting for our documents. We called two times requesting the documents and Kenmark wanted to send the tech back which we did not want back due to his past behavior with us. We have called Carrier and requested the documents be sent to us and to report our dissatisfaction toward Kenmark. We also have placed calls to "Taylor" one of the owner's sons and as of yet he has not returned our calls. Their customer services has not been very good with us and at this point we are very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We live in a 100+ condo community and if asked would steer others from using Kenmark.
