Kendras boutique is a total rip off. I spent hundreds of dollars on extensions for them to send under weight under sized and poor quality hair. I'm so upset as I have a very important day tomorrow. I can't believe they'd do this to me when blac Chyna's looks so perfect. What a scam. Do not order here ladies. Learn from my mistake.
This company has gone downhill. The owner does not care about who she hires because the supervisor alone must be a family member or some gutter rat with the brain and vocabulary of seaweed. The customer service is piss poor and the company itself never fulfills your order. One customer has been waiting for over two weeks for a tracking number and now after four weeks no feedback, updates, or nothing and then when you ask questions or expect a refund then they send you to call all around.
Thinking it was a fluke, I tried again and the same thing happened and the ratchet supervisor who couldn't comprehend the call, had to be told how she should've handled the call of a canceled order without reason. When the country bumpkin was corrected, she then tried to handle the call, but I was no longer interested.
I will start off by saying that I have Brazilian straight hair from this company that I first started wearing about a year ago and it is good quality... it just tangles a tad bit when it's curled.
On to my main point, this Thanksgiving I ordered a Silk closure from this company. It arrived 2 weeks after I purchased it which is later than they told me I was supposed to receive my hair. When I finally did receive my silk based closure, it seemed fine. I decided to make a wig with the closure, and it turned out extremely "wiggy" looking... 5 hours WASTED. Mind you, I'm NOT new to the wig game. I've been making wigs for years. The closure was extremely difficult to lay flat, and parting it was a nightmare. The closure was just TOO full. Nobody's hair is as full as that closure was! So I tried plucking the part to make it more realistic.... that didn't work either.
I ended up just taking the hair off of the wig tossing that closure straight in the trash. By the way, the closure was $90 on sale. It's normally $120. I didn't ask for my money back or anything like that. I just know not to buy closures or frontals from this company in the future.
