I trusted Kristina Kendal Gkikas to protect my interests in a divorce and she FAILED. She could NOT BE TRUSTED to protect her clients interests. She claimed that everything I was concerned about with regards to spousal support in a 3.5 year marrage would be resolved in trial. But her failure to file the proper paperwork to protect me caused me tens of thousands of dollars (over $30K) and years of unneccessary suffering and loss.
Not to mention the wasted fees I paid to her. Kristina Kendall Gkilasf ailed to provide the minimum standard of care and caused me over $30K in damages. Kristina Kendal Gkikas refused to be accountable so I sued Kristina Kendall Gkikas for MALPRACTICE and WON. Even with their 3 expensive insurance company attorneys alongside Kristina Kendall Gkikas and her office managers and all their twisted stories they they were found GUILTY of MALPRACTICE.
So now the name of her firm has been changed, but the fact remains, Kristina Kendall Gkilas is GUILTY OF MALPRACTICE
This is text from the judge right out of the award from the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles for case 72-194 E 00152 09 NOLG: "I find the respondents breached their duty of care to claimant"..... " ..."Accordingly I find there was both causation and damage resulting from the respondents' (Kristina Kendall-Gkikas) failure. . ." Therefore, I award as follows: ...As damages on the Claimant's Arbitration Claim Respondent (Kristina Kendall Gkilas and The Law Offices of Thomas E. Kendall) shall pay claimant the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($30,141)
Kristina Kendal Gkilas is guilty of MALPRACTICE. Although vindicated, In the end it cost me more in attorneys fees to prove their malpractice than I was awarded. Im still out over $30K as a result of them. TOTAL IRRESPONSIBLE RIPOFFS. Dont let it happen to you too.
