Caller advised they would send out 9 cartridges and when I pay they will send out the remaining 3. They called me for what seemed like a year so finally I agree. I got 4 cartridges then use 1 a month after I got therm and it was used up in 1 day when my regular cartridges last 3 weeks! they called for payment as I havent sent it yet so I say I want to send them back that I am not happy with them (they tell me I can do that before) she says oh you haad 3 days after shipment goes out to send them back!!! wait... what? really? 3 days? so okay I was scammed she then says once you send your payment I can send the final 3 and then get the ones that are no good replaced no charge okay but where re the 6 that was supposed to be sent to start with? she knows nothing of those and can only send the 3 and replace the ones so I give checking info and she says well its july 1st we will be close friday and monday so you wont get a call for replacements until tuesday. OKAY so now its aug. 11th and mo calls or replacments sent! I google the company and find scam reports so I decide to file my own except I thought ok I will call to see if they will fix it before I report bad on them.... I call and get patty and all she can tell me is its time for her to get off and that I have called at a bad time! SERIOUSLY its time to close and patty wanted to go eat! so she doesnt help says I havent called to try to get this fixed which I did after I seen that the first didnt workand she says that I can call back some other time bacause its time for her to leave so there is the most of it.
