Kelly Gifford - realtor and conman. Don't trust this guy with anything! Not a personal loan, not to represent you as a realtor. He preyed upon my 70 year old father, conned him into loaning him $50,000, then disappeared for 6 months. When confronted with the contract he signed, agreeing to repay , he tried to claim it was a gift. Never paid back any of it.

He borrowed $50,000 from my father, signed an I.O.U., promised to repay promptly, preyed on my elderly father’s good and generous nature. Has not returned a cent, started avoiding phone calls, and has completely blown off the debt. Don’t do business with this unethical thief, he will burn you somehow. He has no morals, and outright stole $50,000 from a retired older man. Shameful and disgusting.
