Kelly covey is a slum lord I told her 2 months ago that my air conditioner was not working properly. She has sent out 5 different HVAC professionals and only has the refill the freon now I have a $500 electric bill from my ac not working properly and no air in my house since its my last month in the home she's going to wait till I move now to have someone come properly fix it. And is withholding my deposit for some minor things that weren't my fault. I suggest not renting from this woman!!
