April 18- Kellie Dawn Fox and Tullahoma Police Department knowingly and willingly violated our 4/5/6 Amendment Rights as well as our home and work environments due to a falsely fabricated "cyber tip" reported to them by NCMEC, accusing us of a crime that 1) we have absolutely NO knowledge of whatsoever and 2) we did NOT commit!!!
Kellie Fawn Fox and Tullahoma Police Department are corrupt and should be held accountable for the criminal activities they conducted at our home and work. Search Warrant signed by so-called judge William Lockhart....who executed based solely on a report from NCMEC (which is a joke - they claim to care about missing and exploited children but they don't give a damn whose lives they ruin in the process).
Kellie Dawn Fox and Tullahoma Police Department did NO prior investigating before they forced their way into our home, illegally searching for evidence that would corroborate us being Child Pornographers and sexually exploiting some imaginary minor, violating our constitutional rights and our home/work environments after we told them we have no clue whatsoever basically of what they're talking about.
Under the eyes of the law, the only criminals that day that deserved the kind of treatment that we got, should be Kellie Dawn Fox and Tullahoma Police Department! They didn't knock and announce, they didn't wait for permission to enter our home, they didn't present search warrant before illegally searching and seizing our computers and phones (which they are STILL in wrongful possession of - it does NOT take a month to analyze much less look to see anything on things that are barely used, if at all).
They ripped holes in our walls which held our curtains because they were too lazy to find a light switch. They illegally questioned and detained us (Miranda Rights weren't read prior to this), humiliated us publically in full view of our neighbors asking us repeatedly if I was sure that I have no kids (incredibly rude.
Asked and answered and did you see any when you rummaged through our home??), asked if my husband had anything he wanted to get off his chest (you mean beside the fact that you all are incompetent clowns and a disgrace to that uniform? because he didn't do anything either) like they didn't believe us even though we told the truth and looked them dead in their eyes.
They, Kellie, tried to infer we were guilty simply because I have two photos (school photos) of my niece in my kitchen drawer...how sick and disgusting you are, Kellie!!! My husband and I love our family, and there are people that can speak to that! IT IS NOT A CRIME TO HAVE FAMILY PHOTOS!!
They also are continuing to investigate, because they couldn't and NEVER EVER would find any evidence in our home or elsewhere, at my husband's place of employment. If you asked me, it's way past ridiculous and bordering on harassment!
Kellie is heralded on Facebook as being a good cop. She can deceive some but not all. You know what you did is wrong. We are 1 bazillion percent innocent, and people like you (don't know a damn thing about us or how we feel or think about anything in life, but slander our name and violate us anyway) are the reason why we live our lives the way we do.
People like you are the reason why people like us don't trust you and never will. We pay our taxes towards your salaries - with that comes the rights of people to be served and protected in their communities!! You and the police department protected no one (how many children were trafficked, abducted, abused) that day while you were victimizing us and our home!!!
