We bought a truck from Kellie Auto Sales in Columbus.A short time after the rruck broke down while driving it.It was towed to a ford dealer by us to be loomed at. Diesel Truck was diagnosed by mechanic and we was told low pressure and high pressure fuel pumps went out and caused metal shavings to get into injectors as fine shavings were found in diesel fuel.Written estimate 7000-13,000 dollars. Second opinion obtained from another diesel mechanic afyer third tow bill.Estimated cost 7,000 with same exact diagnosis. Contacted Kellie Auto Sales and was told by acct manager to come in and talk to gm because tjwy have helped with repairs before. Drove an hour to Kellies on a sat and waited hours to talk to gm.Was taken to cubical and explined situation.GM said you are a great customer and we want to help you.He stated hang tight Im going to go talk to my mechanic Ill be right back.Non tje less he went to next boothe as we could hear him talk and sat two hours making car deal.We couldnt wait any longer and got up to walk out and he stated...no no dont leave I have good news for tou guys.We are going to fix it I talked to my mechanic, when in reality he never left cubical behind us as we heard his voice entire time.He then proceeds to twll us he put a tow order in and he is going to have vehicle towed to his mechanis to fix.We ask aboit cbarges and he states you pay 2500 in payments to me and I will tack on the other 4000 to loan.He then stated call me tues Ill know more when vehicle is up here.We call tues to find out truck was never towed.I call finamce dept to talk to acct manager and they know nothing about this deal.We then drive an hour back on wed to talk to GM and waited 4 hours again to be called into servive managers office and told we dont have any info about this.Was sent back out to wait another hour to be called back into office by an employee that never identified himself to say GM decided to not help you now.Total shock now on our faces I asked may he please come and explain this as we was told he just told me to tell you.We dont help with repairs.We feel violated and as if we are dirt under this dealerships feet.We both have full time jobs and was willing to pay for expense but instead was lied too.We was treated poorly by leaving us to sit hours with no updates and customer service was aweful.We feel this dealership is out for money and could care less about their customers.We do not recommend buying a car from them.Please please check BBB and read all reviews under Kellie Auto Sales.
