The other day, I walked into the motor shop asking if they could help if my motor can't start. Then I show them about the problem through my phone. The foreman said: "Take this part out and I will help you check", then, I go back and take the part out.
The next day I woke up happily and I return to the shop with the part, first I saw the the boss and greet him politely, but he ignored me, then I turn around and talk to the foreman, neither he didn't seems like entertaing me and continue his work.
Then, I once again talk to the same forman, and he told me to replace this, then I replace it. But this time, suddently he transformed 180 degree, he become "talkative and friendly", talking about the rain and stuff, then when I left, he greet me with a loud "Thank You". This time, I knew I was ripped off, because it sounds fishy. But since I have already made the payment, so, I have no choice but to go back and use the part.
After that, when I get back and try it, it was what I expected, I got scammed. The replaced part is not working, and the original part that I bring to them is not broken. The motorbike shop scammed me to buy the part that no need to be replaced, and worst, I was scammed buying the part with the price that 5-times more than the original price.
They are scamming people around however they want to because they are the only motorbike shop in Bandar Mahkota Cheras. If you live in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, and you need your motorbike to be fixed or to buy a motor bike, please go to other nearby motorbike shops which is just a few more minute away, like in Balakong or in Sg.long, but never go to this shop if you don't want to be scammed.
