I went to KDK Auto brokers Inc in Brunswick Ohio purchased a vehicle that was bamboozled from the very beginning. 11/2/2019 to 12/17/19 temporary tag day which is 45 days. When I asked what a Carfax report I never received it but I was assured that this car was okay for a used car. The car was giving me problems so I was calling the dealership Steve the manager was not concerned about anything I was talking about and didn't care once the transaction was made I was pretty much on my own with this vehicle. Call repeatedly to the point where they knew when I was calling it wasn't taking my calls.the car was hesitating and it wasn't properly going up the hill and it was leaking really really bad fluid all over the place. So I took the car in have it diagnosed on.1/15/20 to 1/26/20. The vehicle was in the shop sorry I haven't got to enjoy the vehicle at all problems from day one. They give me a warranty the place is called secure one now I have many things that the warranty fixes like gaskets hoses and stuff of that nature. Now here where the dilemma comes in at the gasket leaks that I have pan oil gasket leaks power steering leaks well guess what they don't fix that., That means the warranty doesn't cover that that means I have to pay to get that fixed and that means the whole engine has to come out a $3,300 job 8000 at the regular Cadillac dealership so now I'm stuck with a car that I can't fix because it's completely dead you can't drive it's undrivable smoking leaking everywhere and a $6,000 loan that's on my credit report because I'm not paying for a piece of junk and a worthless auto dealership that sold me the vehicle and didn't care. Bamboozle warranty because if I knew they wasn't going to fix those types of gasket leaks I would have never purchased a vehicle.it's August and now the car is completely undriveable at all now I don't have a vehicle and a dealership that won't call to try to make this correct. They knew what type of warranty they was giving me that's why the manager never called me back because he knew the warranty did not cover those types of pan gasket leaks steering leaks. But it's a shame we live in a country where it's okay to take advantage of people because of their credit situations

Before I went to KDK Auto brokers I was already in bad shape, I didn't have a vehicle and my credit score was bad based on these factors and me being a person of color they chose to sell me a vehicle that was never inspect it, before selling. The warranty they gave me at the beginning of the contract only covers certain things, this is where the dilemma comes in at because the things that need to be fixed the warranty doesn't cover.
I've already paid over $1,000 just to get the car running at the beginning of contract I had to find out that it wasn't covered under the warranty the first time the car sat for two months because I didn't have the money to get it fixed and it wasn't covered under contract and now you have a car that doesn't run at all because it's unsafe to drive because of the smoking conditions. If this car would have been service they will have seen these problems. The dealership was very unprofessional I reached out to them several times only to get turned away.
They never call they never offered me a rental car anything I guess the customers not always right. Now I'm stuck with a balance no vehicle and a dealership that never cared anyway just because they could get away with it. All this and under a year I haven't even had the vehicle a year and it's already dead that's not fair at all just because I didn't have a 750 credit score and I was a person of color so it really doesn't matter you can just take advantage of those people anyway.
It's not hard doing the right thing but in our society it is. I have never experienced a dealership that didn't care I've had other dealerships make things right but for some reason KDK Auto brokers thinks it's okay to take advantage of people. KDK Auto brokers put me in a worse situation because I have a balance no car and a warranty that was bamboozled from the start.
I bought a used 99 jeep wrangler sport from KDK. The saleman whose name is John, don't remember last name, offered me a "bumper to bumper" warranty for 3 years for the cost of $1500. A month later everything started going on it. I called this warranty company and they would not cover anything. Unfortunately I did not read enough of the "warranty agreement"and took the salesmans word for it. I called them and talked to the salesman and, in a very cocky manner, denied all of it. KDK is a shady scam. They would not refund a penny.
