I placed a customized carpet order on 9/24, the wedsite image had a personalized name. When I compleated my order it did not provide me with the option of inlcuding a personalized name. I contacted the retailer right after the compleation of my order to let them know I did not get the option to add a name to the carpet. Any how i requested in that email to not include a name at all. Not only did they never got back to me it took almost 1 month for me to receive the carpet. The carpet is a terrable material and it has the name BEN. I contacted customer service via email since that is the only option shared my dessapointment and requested a full refund since I do not need a carpet with the name BEN and they only offered to receive 30% back or return the item for a full refund. If i return the item i have to pay $35 for shipping when paid $60 for the carpet. Makes no sence!!! Also, the return address in in China and not in France. This company is a SCAM!!! they still money from customers.

What I received was a crappy fabric, wrong sized, “duvet cover” with graphics that look like a preschool child drew them. They won’t even consider a refund, I hope my credit card company will. I am not looking forward to getting it after reading all the reviews. I tried to find out some information from PayPal where my credit card was sent. PayPay was no help. NEVER let a transaction go through them. They are horrible and only take your money and send to the seller. They do not honor your transaction at all. I have filed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company. I hope Ivan get some help from them. I will never order anything I see advertised on Facebook again!!!

A package from the USPS was received on 6/17/2020 and I opened it this morning...horrible, just horrible!! The material is an extremely cheap printed polyester with a black polyester backing and piping around the edges. It's so disappointing. I really wish I would have seen all of these reviews before my purchase. I just sent another email to [email protected] asking for return information. Hopefully Kaylee Jackson, founder of KayleeAndTepid.com, will do the right thing and give me my money back and rid me of this ugly piece of material.

This company is a huge scam. I ordered a rug from them and what they described and what is in the picture is in no way the same thing I received. This was my husband's big Christmas present and I was so embarrassed. It was described as a shag rug. The people from the company took forever to send it and it was three weeks late. At one point I even received an email from "Kaylee" saying my rug had just finished being made and she needed to look it over to make sure it was perfect before sending it. My husband unwrapped this POS and I almost cried. Absolutely, the biggest bait and switch I have ever experienced.

They've obviously ripped the image of the rig that I wanted off of the internet and printed it on this foam mat. It's literally pixelated. This has got to be illegal. I ordered what I thought was a snowman duvet queen size very pretty on the website. What I got was a very small twin size very low-quality COVER for a duvet. So not only did I have to wait for almost 30 days to get this I’m out time money and effort for something I clearly cannot use. I have emailed the company twice now with no reply. I guess this is my fault for not researching the company, won’t make that mistake again!!!!!

I believe they are based in Singapore, when their facebook advertisements, of which there are very many under many different names selling the same products, say the origin is somewhere in America at a fake address.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a king size bedspread with two pillow covers and it actually was shipped in an 11x14 plastic bag! It was so thin. It was more like a sheet, not at all a bedspread like was shown online. Not only that the sewing was terrible! It was only half sewn! This company needs to be shut down! I ordered a queen size duvet and not only did it take 3 weeks They said 5-7 day’s) they sent me a twin size exceptionally low quality duvet cover!!!!!
I have emailed the company twice with no reply. So not only do i not have a queen size duvet i also can’t get any of my money back which is bogus.
